Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Thee Shirts, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — as long as the request meets the terms below.


Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet both of the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. And the return must include a valid reason, which includes receiving a defective or damaged item, receiving the wrong item or size, or a significant quality issue with the product.

Refund requests that fall outside the 15-day window or do not include a valid reason will not be accepted.


Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Any item that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at admin@theeshirtsonline.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.

Do not send items back without first receiving approval — unapproved returns will not be processed.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund: sale or discounted items, items marked as final sale, and items returned after the 15-day window.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, submit a return request for the original item and place a new order.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
